Role of microrna deregulation in Machado-Joseph Disease
We will investigate the modifications of microRNA levels in Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 or Machado Joseph disease (MJD) focusing on the molecular pathways of the disorder, aiming at finding new biomarkers of disease progression and targets for disease modification.
